Room Status Management: Constantly check and update room status (e.g. dirty, clean, inspected) in the computer system.
Dispatch & Coordination: Operate multi-line phones and two-way radios to dispatch housekeeping staff and assign rooms to Guest Room Attendants.
Guest Request Handling: Receive, log, and follow up on guest requests (e.g. extra towels, cribs) to ensure completion.
Reporting & Logistics: Run housekeeping reports, prepare room assignment sheets, and handle lost and found items.
Communication: Liaison between housekeeping, front desk, and engineering departments.
Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS): Experience with software like Opera is frequently required.
Communications & Organization: Excellent phone etiquette, multitasking abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate radios, computers, and gaging systems.
