Practice Opportunity : Family Medicine Physician – Wyoming

Salary Range : $290,000 – $300,000 annually

Bonus : $100,000 Sign-On + Relocation

What You’ll Do

Provide full-spectrum, patient-centered care across all ages

Engage in both traditional primary care and concierge / DPC models

Collaborate across departments to create holistic care plans

Leverage state-of-the-art diagnostics and innovative tools

Help shape a care model that values relationships and innovation over bureaucracy

Candidate Profile

MD / DO, with completion of accredited Family Medicine residency

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Eligible for Wyoming medical license and DEA registration

Strong communication skills and passion for patient-first medicine

Ready to relocate and build long-term community connections

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : $290K–$300K

$100,000 sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
