Accounts Payable Coordinator - Up to $75k + Bonus - Immediate Hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile vendor invoices and payments
• Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and reports

What we're looking for:

• 1-2 years of Accounts Payable experience (construction or real estate preferred)
• Familiarity with Timberline/Sage 300, T-Scan, and Avid is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Up to $75k
• Bonus: Performance-based (50% personal, 50% company)
• Health Insurance: 75% paid by the company
• Retirement: 401k match (up to 3% of salary)
