Full Stack Engineer

Preference of on-site / Hybrid

Open to relocators

Salary : $135,000 to $150,000

Bonus : 10%

Benefits : PTO, 401k, Healthcare

Overview :

  • A cutting-edge technology organization that is driving innovation within its industry is looking for Full Stack Engineers to join their dynamic team in Austin, TX or Frisco, TX.
  • This is your chance to make a meaningful impact on groundbreaking projects. We’re looking for candidates who can help define work, influence technical decisions, and drive alignment across teams.

What You’ll Do :

  • Take initiative in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications and scalable web services.
  • Define and influence the work, technical decisions, and align strategies to meet the organization's goals.
  • Lead and mentor teams to ensure the adoption of best practices and high-quality software development.
  • Contribute to the creation and enhancement of a microservices-based architecture and a state-of-the-art engineering platform.
  • Design and implement solutions using Docker containers , Kubernetes , and event-driven architecture for scalable and resilient applications.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver integrated, high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Write clean, maintainable code , while continuously improving the software performance and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews , helping to maintain and enforce development standards and best practices.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

  • 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong foundation in backend and frontend technologies.
  • Modern frontend framework experience (React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Solid, etc.) – we use Svelte but value transferable skills
  • Modern backend language proficiency (Go, Python, Rust, C#, etc.) – we primarily use Go, but appreciate diverse backgrounds
  • GraphQL API development and integration
  • Experience with responsive web design and modern CSS frameworks, such as Tailwind
  • Knowledge of REST and / or GraphQL API design principles
  • Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Understanding of containerization and modern deployment practices
  • Experience with real-time web applications (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong front-end and back-end development skills with modern frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence decisions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of design concepts and translating design into working frontend code with reusable components.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and an ability to manage complex tasks.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment , while delivering high-quality results.
