The Opportunity : Are you looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your defense acquisition system experience to support strategic Naval missile defense initiatives and programs? As a federal acquisition management professional at Booz Allen, you will serve as a Program Analyst providing day-to-day program management support for a Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) client aiding in acquiring and delivering innovative and effective capabilities and solutions to the warfighter. You Have :

• 5+ years of experience supporting a Major Defense Acquisition Program or Major System program
• Experience with execution of a single or multiple pathways or transition across pathways, preparing and managing program information documentation, and preparing and managing Congressionally mandated reports, program briefs, correspondence, and responses to request for information at the Flag and SES Levels
• Experience reviewing and editing written materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and guidance
• Experience with program task planning such as the annual NAVSEA task planning, budget programming and execution activities, and analyzing and tracking allocations, obligations, and expenditures
• Experience preparing, managing, and tracking pre-award and post-award contract documentation such as Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, Procurement Requests (PRs), Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs), and procurement milestones within the Acquisition Management System (AMS) or procurement systems such as SeaPort NextGen
• Knowledge of the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF), Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA), Major Capability Acquisition (MCA) or Software Acquisition (SWA) pathways, Contract Management, and Defense Resourcing
• Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and Defense Acquisition System federal laws, Executive authorities, issuances, regulations, guidance, and standards
• Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, and pay strict attention to detail
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
