Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION Dcode is looking for a passionate Program Associate on Dcode’s Client Success team to help support our client the US Space Force As a Program Associate.
You will support client engagements focused on driving innovation into the federal market.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology.

Salary range :
- $66,000-$78,000 plus bi-annual bonuses Security clearance eligibility required.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Client Success Assist with the planning and delivery of client advisory work, workshops, and trainings Draft reports, strategies, assessments, and other written deliverables Liaise between Dcode, clients, and stakeholders to identify government needs and requirements Translate functional needs and requirements into IT strategy elements Create presentations and visuals that effectively communicate client requirements Develop, organizing, and executing both in-person and virtual training and delivery workshops Research and analyze federal legislation, policy, and agency documentation Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technology solutions using both open source and proprietary data sources Work with Dcode’s program managers to ensure delivery meets contractual requirements, including cost and schedule Help grow Dcode’s network of government innovators by building and maintaining relationships with government stakeholders Qualifications KEY SKILLS You’ll learn something new every day in this role.
