Freight Broker

Salary: *OTE $100,000+

Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Freight Brokers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, sales, and customer service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential for highly driven professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage customer and carrier relationships.
• Prospect and secure new business through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts with shippers and carriers.
• Coordinate freight shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Monitor shipments, provide updates, and resolve any service issues.
• Maintain accurate records using a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of freight markets, carriers, and supply chain operations.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, TMS platforms).

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based structure.
• Earnings based on a percentage of gross profit per load.
• High-income potential with no earnings cap.
