Requirements :

You are an architect or engineer with at least 15 years of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects. You’ve mastered the art of aligning people and processes and are now ready to elevate an entire organization’s delivery culture.

You thrive on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement. You understand the business of design and the value of innovation. You see project delivery not just as execution — but as strategy.
