About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Family Practice NP in Michigan!

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a 13-week locum tenens assignment in Michigan starting on Mar 27, 2026. This role features day shifts with a mix of Monday / Wednesday / Friday 7am-5pm and Tuesday / Thursday 8am-6pm, providing general primary care for employees and their dependents across all ages.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services to employees and their dependents
  • Manage general primary care cases for patients of all ages
  • Conduct routine health assessments and preventive care
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions within the scope of primary care
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with DEA regulations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

    • Additional Information

  • Minimum 3 recent years of primary care experience required
  • Must be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and hold Family Medicine board certification
  • Michigan licensure and DEA certification required
  • One day of online training prior to the start date
