What It Takes to Win in This Role

Operations Execution & Oversight

• Manage day-to-day investment operations across ETFs, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies
• Oversee trade support, reconciliation, cash flows, corporate actions, settlements, and operational reporting
• Coordinate with custodians, administrators, and service providers to ensure accurate execution

Investment Team Enablement & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Serve as the primary operations partner to portfolio managers and investment leadership
• Liaise with Marketing to support product launches, updates, disclosures, and investment communications
• Ensure operational readiness for new strategies, vehicles, and investment initiatives

Process Discipline, Controls & Scale

• Maintain and improve operational workflows, controls, and documentation for the investment group
• Support compliance and audit needs through strong operational processes and data integrity
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations as the investment platform grows
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of operational risk

Requirements:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in investment operations (asset management, RIA, or investment platform)
• Experience supporting multiple asset classes (e.g., ETFs, fixed income, multi-asset)
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and investment operations workflows
• Ability to work cross-functionally with investment, compliance, and marketing teams
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with various TAMP platforms (e.g., Blackdiamond, Adhesion, Orion, etc.)
• Custodian Experience (e.g., Schwab, Fidelity, BBH, BOA, etc.)
• Experience with data platforms (Morningstar, Bloomberg, FactSet, etc.)
• OMS/EMS experience
• SEC Audit experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting ETF or fund operations
• Familiarity with investment compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
• Experience coordinating with marketing on investment materials and disclosures
• Knowledge of portfolio accounting, trading, and performance systems
• Detail-oriented operator with a continuous-improvement mindset
• Familiarity with various TAMP platforms (e.g., Blackdiamond, Adhesion, Orion, etc.)
