A rapidly growing defense contractor is expanding its team and seeking four (4) more Network Cable Terminators for full-time, temp-to-hire positions in Frisco, TX. What You'll Do

• Terminate RJ-45 connectors as part of daily production work
• Assist with cable assembly, wiring, and related tasks
• Ensure all terminations and assemblies meet quality and accuracy standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company procedures, safety protocols, and production guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and production goals

What You Bring

• Previous experience working with RJ-45 termination of cables/wiring
• Ability to perform hands-on, detail-oriented work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to producing high-quality work
