Competitive pay $18.00 to $22.00 (depending on experience, client level of care and location)

Must haves:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
Proof of current 2-Step TB testing (or willing to obtain)
Home Care Aide registration with the State of CA (or willing to obtain)
First Aid and CPR Certified
Must be physically able to perform the functions of this position
Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of sufficient automobile insurance (when applicable)
Satisfactorily complete SYNERGY HomeCare online training modules as assigned
As a Home Care Aide with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:
Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, personal care, companionship, social engagement
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
