Title :

  • Field Service Engineer - Entry-Level.
  • On-the-job training will be provided!

Schedule :

  • 12-hour Compressed Work Week (Rotating 4 Days On / 3 Days Off) — Day Shift : 8 : 00 AM–8 : 00 PM Pay Rate :  $25.00 / hr to $28.00 / hr DOE Location :   Camas, WA Position Type :  Full Time Benefits : This position is eligible for WGNSTAR’s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).

    • Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.   Job Duties :

  • Performs on-site service, installation, and repair of semiconductor processing equipment  Troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Utilizes electromechanical skills to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Participates in site safety programs to create a zero-hazard environment.
  • Demonstrates ability to understand detailed electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Understands and adheres to all site fab protocol requirements.
  • Comprehends test equipment including various test meters, hand and power tools.
  • Able to read engineering drawings and electrical diagrams.

  • Ability to work well with other team members.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and strong partnership within Equipment Maintenance Team with superb functional teamwork.
  • Inclined to both mentor new Technicians and openly learn from experienced colleagues.
  • Values other points of view (including Management, Operations, Engineering, Factory Business Control, Fab IT Systems, and Clean Room Facilities teams).
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others to deliver quality repairs on a daily basis.

    • Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office Suite).
  • Mechanical and electrical knowledge English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on skills and knowledge in mechanics and electronics.
  • Ability to use hand tools, meters, and read / interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
  • Desire to learn new hands-on skills, work in a team and become familiar with a fab / clean room environment if not already.

    • Physical Effort / Activities :

  • May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push / pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
