An amazing company in the Oklahoma City Metro is looking to add a Marketing Coordinator to their team. This person will support the planning, execution, and optimization of an organization’s marketing efforts. This role works closely with marketing, sales, creative, and external vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.

Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and internal communications to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.

Manage social media calendars, draft posts, and monitor engagement analytics.

Conduct market research, gather customer insights, and track competitor activity.

Support content creation, including blogs, email newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and social media dashboards.

Coordinate events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorship activities, including logistics and vendor communications.

Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative tasks for the marketing department.

Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing materials and messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with marketing tools such as email marketing software, social media management platforms, and analytics tools.

Basic understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and content marketing best practices.

Strong organizational and project-management abilities.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
