Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to tax regulations while optimizing tax strategies for the best financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax-saving opportunities for clients.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, advising on the tax implications of business decisions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for tax compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members on tax-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Masters degree in Taxation/Accounting preferred
• Active CPA license is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax preparation and planning, preferably in public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
