What You’ll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that solar components and assemblies meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities include:

• Performing visual inspections on solar panels and related components
• Completing light repairs as needed
• Maintaining accuracy and efficiency in a fast‑paced production environment
• Using precision measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll be successful in this position if you bring:

• Previous experience in quality inspection (manufacturing or assembly experience preferred)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects quickly
• Familiarity with measurement tools
• Reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to work 12‑hour shifts in a climate‑controlled facility

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Largo, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
