Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual MortgageProcessor in Dallas, TX who can confidently handle 2030 units a month inside Encompass while juggling conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, refinances, and down payment assistance programs like TSAHC, SETH, and TDHCA. This role requires someone who already knows the job inside and out. Youll be adding loan data into Encompass, keeping appraisals, title, credit, and verifications moving through integrations, verifying income, assets, credit, and DPA eligibility, and wrestling conditions into submission. Clear and consistent communication in English and Spanish with borrowers, loan officers, agents, title partners, and DPA administrators is essential. Youll be herding a 2030 file pipeline, hitting deadlines, eliminating delays, and closing up to 30 units a month with very minimal oversight. If you have the experience to hit the ground sprinting, we want you on our team.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish
• 2 to 4 years experience in mortgage processing
• Strong Encompass skills
• Proven track record : 20 to 30 files per month closed
• Solid knowledge in conventional / FHA / VA / USDA and DPA programs

Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm
