A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to design and implement AI solutions for drug development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, maintain, and improve an integrated codebase of AI and machine learning tools

Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and product teams to solve complex data-oriented problems

Develop solutions for advancing real-world preclinical discovery programs, including ADME modeling and toxicity prediction

Required Qualifications

PhD or Master's with experience in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field

Two years of experience applying modern ML / AI techniques to real-world problems

Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face)

Aptitude for learning new domains and adapting ML techniques to drug discovery

Experience with software engineering best practices and ability to write clean, reusable code
