Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
Experience in an enterprise software development environment
Proven experience in building and leading high-performing engineering teams
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern web technologies
Experience with Agile methodologies and test automation practices
