As an

• Associate Attorney
• , you will play a key role in handling
• medical malpractice defense
• cases alongside experienced attorneys. Your responsibilities will include :
• Conducting legal research and preparing pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Attending depositions, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Working closely with clients, medical experts, and other professionals to develop case strategies.
• Managing case files while ensuring compliance with deadlines and court procedures.
• Representing and advising clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements.
• Qualifications

Ideal candidates should meet the following requirements :

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license
• in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience in medical malpractice litigation.
• Strong
