Job Description

American Family Care (AFC) Urgent Center is hiring a Full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant with Family Medicine/Urgent Care experience for a brand-new location (www.afcurgentcare.com/agoura-hills) in Agoura Hills.

The ideal candidate is licensed to practice medicine in accordance with state law.

Graduate of an approved physician assistant or nurse practitioner school (master’s level or above) with a minimum of two years of experience. Applicable NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC board certification. BLS Certified.

Preferred Professional Qualifications: Board certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and/or Primary Care Medicine.

Available to work as scheduled: Monday - Friday 8 AM- 8 PM, Saturday and Sunday 8 AM-5 PM including Holidays.

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
