Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to advance into specialized roles such as : Fiber Splicer : Responsible for splicing and terminating fiber optic cables to ensure reliable telecommunications infrastructure. Lineman : Skilled in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground power lines and telecommunications cables. Crew Supervisor : Leads and coordinates teams and ensuring completion of telecommunication projects.
