Senior Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager, Procurement and AI.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the vendor contracting process, including reviewing and negotiating legal terms in various agreements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement functions and optimize processes

Work with legal counsel on contract matters related to AI and data usage, ensuring compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of in-house contracts management experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS company

Experience in reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of commercial contracts

Familiarity with AI vendor negotiations and the legal considerations involved

Ability to draft clear and concise documents and policies

Flexibility and resourcefulness in a fast-paced, evolving environment
