• What You’ll Do
• Diagnose, repair, and service
• residential HVAC systems
• (furnaces, heat pumps, A / Cs, ductless, etc.)
• Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners about recommended solutions
• Perform precision maintenance and safety inspections
• Document work using
• ServiceTitan
• or similar software
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and uphold high professional standards

• What We’re Looking For
• Minimum
• 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• (required)
• Oregon Limited Energy License
• or ability to obtain
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Professional, reliable, and ready to lead by example
