Unlimited income potential and average earnings of $75,000 - $100,000 (base plus commissions). Pay structure includes unlimited leads at no cost and elevated tiered commissions for the first 12 months. Annual base pay is $25,000 (non-exempt, eligible for overtime).

A day in the life of a Field Life Agent involves outside sales activities away from the assigned AAA branch. Responsibilities include soliciting and selling Life & Health insurance and Annuity products, developing leads and prospects for new accounts, preparing proposals and closing sales, completing applications and forms, collaborating with others to reach business goals, assisting underwriting and brokerage departments, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing reports documenting prospecting and sales activities.

We are looking for candidates with valid State Life Sales licenses, ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework, maintenance of Life and Health licenses, a valid State driver's license, and all applicable state licenses and appointments required for selling and / or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent, and work experience includes a minimum of 2 years of experience with a proven record of successfully soliciting and selling life insurance products.

Successful candidates will possess strong working knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products and services, ability to listen to and analyze customer needs, effectively communicate complex information, prepare proposals and conduct closing interviews, assess and reflect customer insurance requirements, perform mathematical calculations, build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospect and develop new sales opportunities, work collaboratively with team members, communicate with others in the Branch, understand and articulate the tax and legal impacts of products, strong organization, planning, time management, and administrative skills, and represent Auto Club Life in a professional and positive manner.

Work environment includes a temperature-controlled office environment and limited travel for community events with exposure to road hazards and temperature extremes.
