Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management, with a history of delivering AI-driven products at scale in a consumer company
• Deep understanding of AI / ML, personalization, search, and recommendation systems
• Proven ability to devise strategies for a large scope, with strong, data?driven decision?making skills
• Experience mentoring or leading Product Managers. Experience working with globally distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the crafting and execution of AI / ML product strategies and roadmap
• Work closely with cross?functional teams to ensure successful cross?product initiatives
• Spearhead the development of AI?powered search and recommendation systems, focusing on seamless matches between talent and hiring managers
