• Diagnoses: Parkinson's, Stroke, TBI, Spinal Cord, Ortho and Cardiac patients
• See 5 patients per day on average with a 75% productivity standard

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. At its core, it’s the heart of rehabilitation. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro & Cardiac patient populations, seeing 6-8 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctorate or Masters of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
• Inpatient Rehab Experience Preferred
