Who We're Looking For

You’re our kind of agent if you:

• Are self-motivated, hungry, and hardworking
• Thrive in a collaborative environment
• Respond FAST—calls, voicemails, emails, and texts are returned quickly
• Hold a valid Florida Real Estate License (required)
• Have strong oral and written communication skills
• Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher
• Have experience in commercial real estate – OR – are ready to learn and grow
• College degree a plus, but not required

The Role

You’ll work independently to:

• Lease and sell commercial space across office, retail, medical, and industrial sectors
• Manage and grow both existing and new client accounts
• Develop your own business within our business, with the tools and backing to succeed

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with an industry-standard commission split discussed during your interview.
