About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Trial Attorney who has a significant standing in the San Jose criminal courts—an individual who garners respect in the courtroom, engages effectively with juries, and is fully dedicated to upholding the rights of the accused.

In this role, you will lead significant criminal matters from arraignment through trial, supported by a highly skilled team of attorneys, investigators, and support staff. This is a rare opportunity to play an influential role in shaping the future of criminal defense in California.

Requirements

• Based in California, with deep roots in the state’s criminal defense community
• 10+ years of hands-on experience practicing criminal defense law and advocating for clients in California courts
• Active member of the California Bar, ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-growing, innovative firm

Benefits

Pay: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
