Tax Document Preparation Clerk

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Tax Document Preparation Clerk. This role is responsible for receiving, sorting, and preparing Department of Revenue (DOR) mail for high-speed processing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, handling physical tasks, and operating various high-speed mail equipment.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Receive, analyze, and accurately sort incoming DOR mail.
• Work independently to prep tax returns and related documents for high-speed processing (remove staples, paper clips, sort documents, ensure proper order, etc.).
• Operate high-speed mail processing equipment such as mail cutters, mail sorters, and ACE extractors.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and speed while completing repetitive tasks.
