Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end product development, sourcing, and production execution

Negotiate with suppliers and manage production calendars to ensure timely delivery

Maintain financial control and accuracy of production-related documentation

Required Qualifications

Senior-level experience in product development, sourcing, production, and procurement

Deep technical knowledge of fabrics, trims, and manufacturing processes

Strong negotiation and cost-management skills

Proven ability to manage production calendars and financial exposure

Must be based in New York or the tri-state area for hybrid work
