• Valid drivers license and reliable car - We pay for your miles!
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Cell phone with internet access
• Can pass a background check

Requirements:

• Be 18 years old or older*
• Legally authorized to work in the US*
• Okay with our company performing a criminal background check*
• Own a dependable automobile that is properly insured*
• Willing/able to use personal vehicle for this position, understanding that I will be reimbursed for all mileage traveled*
• Willing/able to work Monday-Friday from 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM or until finished*
• Must be able to take direction/constructive criticism/learn from mistakes quickly

Full Job Description:

Two Maids is a nationwide franchise underneath the HFC (Home Franchise Concepts), which is a JM Family Enterprises Subsidiary. Two Maids is a residential house cleaning service for lived-in homes; apartments; condos, rental homes, offices.

• Teams work in teams of two; Two Maids provide all medical grade chemicals; equipment; and towels to complete the service.

Teamwork Expectations:

• Partner with one other person daily to service 1 - 4 homes. We try our best to keep you with a consistent partner daily.
• Everyone needs to be comfortable working with everyone / not your regular partner sometimes [due to scheduling and or call outs]
• Contribute to our motto of Let Life Shine by helping to give our customers the most precious gift of TIME to spend with their families and leaving the house work up to our Teams.
• Exhibit a high degree of personal integrity
• Must be able to hold your partner accountable every day in every home
• Understanding you will build your own schedule by showing up every day and being able to prove your quality and speed in the home.

Guest Experience Requirements:

• Understand and deliver our Two Maids cleaning system with checklists provided: making everyday MATTER
• Be Kind: Two Maids believes in making a difference in our customers lives and working together as a team to build our customer base with carrying the most reputable house cleaning service in Colorado.
• Make a difference in our customers life; our customers appreciate the connection they make with their team.
• Must be able to speak/understand English in order to communicate with our customers.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to effectively maneuver around with repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing
• Must be able to work in a team
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to be on feet for most of the day

Compensation:

• Paid sick time
• 5 days PTO after one years employment
• Paid training: up to 5 days with our training manager and our most veteran team
• Biweekly pay: paid every other Friday

Other Information:

• NO NIGHTS/NO WEEKENDS/NO MAJOR HOLIDAYS: Spend time doing the things you love with the people you love
• Monday - Friday: 7:45 am - finished with homes. (Teams get off between 1 - 5pm every day once they are finished with their route summary)
• Money motivated employees apart of our team service 4 recurring homes per day and have built their recurring clientele to know their daily schedule each week, with commission and tips.
