Overview

Executive Search Associates is conducting a search for a Surgical Services Director. This position will oversee Surgical Services for an acute care hospital in Southeastern Iowa.

The Surgical Services Director will lead the department's efforts to meet both departmental and organizational goals, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. This person will be responsible for overseeing operations across multiple Operation Rooms and Endoscopy Suites in the main hospital, as well as at an outpatient surgery center.

Requirements:

• Nursing degree, required
• Five years of clinical leadership
• CNOR, preferred
