They operate an editorial-first model that connects professionals and audiences through interviews, reports, and a curated directory, with a strong emphasis on credibility and informed decision-making. ✍ Short Description : The Business Development Rep will own outreach, interview booking, and editorial membership sales for an editorial media platform in the beauty and aesthetics space. This role is highly structured and execution-focused, with clear accountability for interview volume, editorial conversions, and revenue generation. You will manage daily outbound outreach, grow free directory memberships, convert interviews into paid editorial packages, and maintain a clean, disciplined pipeline in the CRM. 🌎 Location : 100% Remote (LATAM only) 🗣 Language Requirements : Advanced English (C1+) ⏰ Schedule : Full-time, aligned with EST 😀 Start Date : ASAP 💰 Compensation & Benefits : Competitive base salary in USD, plus commissions. PTO and paid U.S. holidays 💼 Responsibilities : Execute high-volume daily outreach (approximately 100 touches / day) primarily via email, Instagram, and LinkedIn, following a documented weekly penetration plan while managing pacing and follow-ups. Drive qualified prospects to claim and complete their free Directory listing as the first step in the editorial conversion funnel. Convert outreach conversations into recorded editorial interviews, managing scheduling, confirmations, and attendance to meet weekly interview targets. Re-engage interview participants and qualified prospects to sell editorial membership packages, including single reports, annual packages, and premium offerings. Maintain accurate pipeline stages, follow-up schedules, and reporting across outreach activity, interviews completed, and closed editorial memberships using the CRM. 💡 Qualifications : Proven experience in business development, sales development, partnerships, or outbound revenue-focused roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write clear, human outreach messages for email and social platforms. Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline, comfortable working toward daily activity and monthly revenue targets. Experience managing a sales pipeline from first contact through closed deal using a CRM. Comfort operating in structured, quota-driven environments with clear performance metrics. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, especially for international outreach.
