Your Role:

• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with members, be the face of the fitness program by delivering excellent customer service

• Provide fitness assessments

• Provide individual and group equipment orientations

• Provide personal fitness programs

• Create programming to engage residents in fitness and wellness (incentive programs, events, challenges, etc.)

• Web portal technology oversight and management

• Teach group fitness classes

• Create group fitness class schedules

• Hire, train, manage and supervise group exercise instructors and personal trainers (contractors)

• Personal training

• Client relationship- Communications and reporting (monthly and annually)

• Equipment preventative maintenance management

• Operate and follow all rules, regulations and security protocols provided by client

• Compliance with Centers of Excellence

What we are looking for:

• Certifications: CPR and AED required, Personal training certificate required, group exercise certificate preferred

• Experience: Previous experience in personal training and teaching group exercise preferred

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, Google Suite, and Canva
