We’re hiring for our client, a nationally recognized high-end residential interior design firm celebrated for its artistry, craftsmanship, and client-centered approach. Rooted in collaboration and creativity, this studio designs soulful, story-driven homes that beautifully balance function, emotion, and timeless design.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential projects from concept through installation. You’ll shape design direction, nurture client relationships, and guide a junior designer—all while bringing elevated ideas to life with precision and purpose.

About the Role :   As the Senior Interior Designer, you’ll serve as both creative visionary and technical lead. You’ll conceptualize and present distinctive design solutions, manage complex project details, and ensure that every element—from drawings to finishes—embodies the studio’s refined aesthetic and commitment to excellence. You’ll thrive in a studio that values artistry, integrity, and collaboration, where leadership is hands-on, ideas are celebrated, and craftsmanship is at the heart of every decision.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Conceptual

• Develop inspired, story-driven design concepts that reflect each client’s lifestyle and the firm’s signature aesthetic.
• Lead conceptual presentations with clarity, confidence, and emotional connection.
• Create detailed mood boards, sketches, space plans, and 3D visualizations (SketchUp + Enscape).
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and design resources efficiently.
