Civil Associate Engineering Technician - Water

Typically a minimum of 2 years related work experience.-collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams within the Water & Industrial Water Market Sector, supporting Governments & Communities

G&C) projects and building critical infrastructure for today's and tomorrow's challenges. Civil professionals contribute to site development efforts, including grading and drainage, erosion control, roadways, fencing, and underground utilities.

The Virtual Design & Data Solutions (VDDS) Associate Engineering Technician plays a key role in supporting the development of high quality engineering deliverables for these complex infrastructure projects. Under general supervision, this position performs technical tasks requiring intermediate knowledge of engineering principles and practices, with a focus on creating and modifying site development plans using industry standard design tools, such as Autodesk Civil 3D and / or Bentley MicroStation.

Required :

Autodesk Civil 3D and / or Bentley MicroStation

Basic Civil 3D experience with knowledge of alignments, pipe networks, plan / profile, and sections.

Basic Civil 3D experience with proposed grading and surfaces.
