At Bar Symon, we pride ourselves on cooking with soul and creating boldly flavored, deeply satisfying dishes. Our menu reflects the Mediterranean and Eastern European heritage of Chef Michael Symon, a renowned Iron Chef and bestselling cookbook author. Join our team and learn from the best while enjoying a fun and loving work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Proper set up of station with all necessary tools and supplies needed for each shift
• Prepare a variety of made-to-order food
• Use kitchen equipment such as a fryer or griddle
• Ensure 100% product quality
• Comply with Bar Symon kitchen rules, food presentation, and quality standards
• Stock products to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• Follow proper ServeSafe guidelines
• Assist with food prep, cleaning, and dishes during slow periods
• Follow closing procedures according to Bar Symon policies

Starting at $15 based on experience

Bar Symon is open 365 days a year, with operating hours starting as early as 3 a.m. and going until the last plane leaves the tarmac (usually around 9 p.m.).

He is also a former co-host of the Emmy-winning TV show, The Chew. Michael is the author of six award winning cookbooks, four of which have landed on The New York Times Best Seller list. When he’s not working, Michael is cooking at home, playing golf, thinking about his next tattoo, gardening in the backyard and spending time with his wife, Liz, Kyle, Krista, their granddaughter Emmy and staffy bull terrier Norman.
