the caregiver provides essential, personalized, and compassionate care to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities in their homes. The caregiver ensures clients comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting their independence wherever possible. Seeking part time up to full time employee to join our company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Personal Care:

Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Provide mobility support, including transferring, repositioning, and walking assistance.

Companionship:

Engage clients in conversations, activities, and hobbies to improve emotional well-being.

Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social events as needed.

Household Support:

Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks following dietary guidelines.

Health Monitoring:

Observe and report any changes in the clients physical, emotional, or mental condition.

Assist with medication reminders, per the care plan.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of care provided, including activities, incidents, and observations.

Follow reporting protocols for emergencies or concerns.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field (preferred).

Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and assisting clients.

Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Drivers license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Work Environment and Conditions:

In-home care setting.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Exposure to varying health conditions of clients.
