Position Overview :

• Job Title : Groundskeeper
• Salary : $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Schedule : Part Time (25 hours per week total), with flexibility in which days you take off

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated part-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Madows View Estates, a 108-unit manufactured housing community located in Medford, OR. This role ensures the physical aspects of the community are maintained and standards are met regarding grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal and provides support to the service team members.
