Door-to-Door Outreach Representative – Weekly Pay, No Chargebacks, Uncapped Earnings

Threshold Group has partnered with Rocky Mountain Power to launch an exciting, non-sales outreach program .

Instead of asking customers to buy, you’ll be persuading them to join a free, voluntary program that earns them electric bill credits and strengthens Utah’s power grid.

Threshold is looking for experienced door-to-door professionals who love face-to-face communication, thrive on performance-based pay, and want to make a real difference in their community.

Compensation & Benefits $1,500 – $2,200+ per week for experienced door-to-door reps (approx. 30 hours / week) Uncapped commissions – weekly pay, no chargebacks on eligible enrollments Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Leadership growth opportunities Represent a respected partnership with Rocky Mountain Power What You’ll Do Knock doors in Utah communities and engage existing Rocky Mountain Power customers Educate and persuade them to enroll in the Cool Keeper Program — a completely free, optional program Help families save money with energy credits while ensuring reliable power across Utah Build trust and excitement around a program that benefits both the customer and the community What We’re Looking For Strong communication and persuasion skills Door-to-door sales / outreach experience (must be able to document at least 4 months of experience) A self-driven, competitive mindset Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Be able to pass a background check and drug screening (includes screening for THC) Passion for clean energy and community impact Who We Are Threshold Group is a fast-growing face-to-face outreach and engagement company.
