Compensation: $110,000 – $125,000 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver short-term, solution-focused therapy in an integrated medical setting. This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy structured, evidence-based work and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and provide brief therapy interventions
• Deliver evidence-based treatment (CBT, behavioral activation, PST)
• Screen for behavioral health needs, trauma, and substance use concerns
• Provide psychoeducation and facilitate groups as assigned
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation within the EMR
• Collaborate with care teams through meetings and case consultations

Requirements

• MSW from an accredited program
• Active California LCSW license (ASW accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
• Familiarity with DSM-5 and brief therapy models
• Basic computer proficiency; EMR experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Community health or integrated care experience
• Trauma-informed training
• Spanish fluency is a plus
