Coordinating discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care processes. Valid Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A degree from an accredited Nursing program. At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred. Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Neurosurgery!
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team. In this role, you will care for a diverse and complex population of patients, providing critical support and delivering quality care.
Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215
Hours : Full-Time, 36 hours per week, Nights with shifts of 8 and 12 hours. Every third weekend and holiday rotation required.
Salary : Competitive pay range of $37.50 - $56.25. Additional benefits include :
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for 3rd Shift
- Up to $20,000 in Student Loan Forgiveness
- Tuition Assistance of up to $7,200
- RN Referral Bonus of $5,000 for Advocate Aurora teammates
