Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym is constantly being updated with the latest equipment, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Job Summary : As an RN / LPN Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of our evening and night shifts. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of care and service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise a team of RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Monitor and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care
