Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-semester contract opportunity is ideal for educators with expertise in special education and behavior strategies. Located in Burnsville, MN, this role involves working onsite within an elementary school setting, supporting students with Emotional Behavioral Disorders and other cross-categorical needs. The position begins January 5, 2026, and runs through June 4, 2026, with a standard 37.5-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver specialized instruction and behavioral support to a caseload of approximately 8-10 elementary students.
• Implement effective behavior strategies tailored to students with Emotional Behavioral Disorders and a variety of disabilities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs.
• Monitor student progress and participate in problem-solving efforts to promote positive educational outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and district policies regarding special education services.
