OR Patient Care Technician - 13-Week Contract (Winfield, IL)

Earn up to $1,240 per week for Travelers | Local $28 per hour

We are looking for an experienced OR Patient Care Technician for a 13-week contract. This role requires Intraoperative (Intraop) experience , assisting the OR team with critical tasks during surgeries. Pre-op / PACU experience is not needed -we're focused on candidates with true Intraoperative experience .

Key Details :

  • Location : Winfield, IL
  • Start Date : 10 / 21 / 2024
  • Shift : 40 hours per week, On-Call, and Weekend availability required
  • Experience Required : 2 years of OR experience
  • Certifications : BLS certification

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Assist with positioning and prepping patients
  • Prepare and turn over OR rooms and anesthesia machines
  • Stocking and transporting specimens and lab draws
  • Transport patients to and from departments
