As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction. Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, checking them in and out, and answering any questions they may have. You will also be responsible for handling reservations, managing room inventory, and ensuring that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills on a daily basis. You will also need to be proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office to manage reservations and guest information. Additionally, fluency in a second language and experience with hotel reservation software are preferred qualifications that will enhance your ability to provide exceptional service to our guests.
