We are growing!!! I am looking to add a dedicated business developer for our downtown market.

We are hiring an experienced B2B sales professional to build and own a Downtown San Diego office-services territory.

This role is ideal for a proven sales rep who enjoys in-person relationship building, penetrating secured office environments, and growing long-term accounts. No staffing experience required - we provide the playbook, training, and weekly coaching. Must have excellent written and verbal skills!!.

💼 What You'll Do :

• Penetrate downtown office buildings
• Build relationships with office managers & property managers
• Develop recurring office services business
• Follow a structured 30-60-90 day ramp plan
💰 Compensation :
• Base Salary
• Monthly bonuses for market penetration
• Commissions and kickers
• Milestone bonuses as accounts grow

This is not a cold-calling role. It's a territory build with structure, support, and upside.
