A company is looking for a Clinical Administrative Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative intake of provider / facility requests
Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations
Assist clinical staff with document setup and case triage for Clinical Coverage Review
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare environment
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work a flexible 8-hour shift between 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm PST
