Location : Washington DC Metro (Hybrid). Hybrid role with 23 days onsite at client locations. Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are expected to be on-site two days per week.

Overview : The Senior PeopleSoft Full Stack Developer will design develop and maintain enterprise-grade PeopleSoft applications and integrations within a managed services environment. This role requires expertise across front-end and back-end technologies a strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and experience in cloud migration and modernization initiatives. Candidates must hold a DOD Secret Clearance and be a U.S. Citizen.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance PeopleSoft modules using PeopleTools Fluid UI and custom components.

Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems.

Execute PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) image upgrades and PeopleTools upgrades.

Support Oracle Database upgrades including versions 23ai and 26ai.

Participate in migrating PeopleSoft environments to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Azure.

Automate regression testing and implement CI / CD pipelines.

Manage user roles and permissions in compliance with security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• DOD Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
• 8 years of experience in PeopleSoft development and administration.
• Proficiency in SQL and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleTools Integration Broker and Fluid UI.
• Experience with Oracle Database versions 23ai and 26ai.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and DevOps practices.
